Well i noticed hits from this tread to my site (hentaikey.com) and wanted to share some info relating to TAVS PRO.

It is a off the shell script and does work if you install it, but like most scripts that I purchase, does not exactly fit to what i want, any webmaster should understand that and know a script has to be configured for the features you want, you can run it the way it is, but then all avs sites have the same features what makes your site like veryone elses sites, what again is common with of the shelf scripts.

As for the security issues, you can run your member area trough ccbill or any cc processor you use, they all offer password-login access and you need to Htaccess your member folder, as for the sites its up to the webmaster to do so, unless you host all other webmasters sites then you can add the Htaccess file on to the server directly.

Also like any other script/software you get there will be always glitches and bugs to be worked out, and offcours you need to configure it for what you want, I worked an E-mail affiliate script in to the avs script and changed the directory tree to what I like.

Overall this is the best of the shell avs script i found, i got the other ones but they have absolutly no features, if you put some work in to the script, you need to understand some coding, then you can get it to work as a complete avs script.

my payout/ fraud checker functions do work also webmaster stats/add sites/edit sites/ expire user scripts do work, however we decited to expire users manualy, not because of the script but because the billing proccesor will let users cancel/rebill and there is no way for the script to retieve that information unless you billing processor send that information to the avs script, what is rarely the case.

The Support is a little slow sometimes but in the end Ryan always has ome true for me and fixed the issues we had, even after modifying the script ryan and william always helped out, and yes I modifyed the script a lot, added other scripts to work in conjunction with the TAVS PRO script, what also caused some issues that mostlikely were my fault for changing all the config/ template files.
