He's always, to my knowledge, claimed not to be a reseller. I'm not sure anyone has BELIEVED it, but that's been the claim.
I heard a recording of someone on the phone with a "higher up" at OC3 Networks, and the OC3 guy said that baddog just resold for them. He "claims" to have 38 Class C's, but I don't even see how he has 38 IP's. He'd show up SOMEWHERE if he were legit, which he isn't.
But this thread isn't about baddog, so I'll just move on.
