"Yabai!" (In regards to a rather dangerous or precarious or volatile situation.)
"Shimatta!" (More a "Oh crap" sort of sentiment, like if you forget something.)
Also, "Geh!" - though it's a sort of sound effect - gets the point across when faced with a gruesome scene that you don't necessarily want to comment on but show your distaste of.
