I'm selling my house and Vegas and I figured I might get a bite here since most of you are there at least a few times a year.

The house is a HUGE 3,800 sqft. and 5+4. It's got all the upgrades you want (i.e., granite counters, 18" tilted tiles, cherry mahogany cabinets throughout, berber carpeting, spiral staircase, huge game room, 3 car garage, stainless steel appliances, huge master bedroom, etc. too many to list here... 70K in upgrades).
