Let it sink in... very slowly! Where exactly does charisma fit into US politics - irrespective of whatever party?? They could hardly ooze an ounce of culture, nevermind charisma.
And.. the reason for mentioning Bush has NO CHARISMA is that he was voted into power - and is "almost living" evidence that charisma means nothing. Got it yet???
