Appraisals for any name can vary by tens of thousands of dollars with different appraisers. In the final analysis, a domain name is only really worth what a buyer is willing to pay for it.
Not only are appraisals inconsistent and the valuations may be artificial, but many appraisers try to appeal to your vanity or greed and even outright scams exist.
