I personally fish new chicken with a set certain of techniques just to keep the numbers up in the pipe and meet my monthly goals, but the real game is with the old chicken... guys send form email spam all the time, but if you can crack some old chicken with a form email spam, then you have some copy writting skills.
Oh, and any older divorced woman on myspace is in the the same as new chicken as far as ease to put into your system or program you run (I run a 3 week program).
