Don't know why anyone would wanna get married??? Oh, maybe if you had kids on the way and even then. Most marriages end in divorce and that sucks.
Get married if you want! That's gay, bi, TV, TS, whatever. Hells bells let groups of people get married. Why not. If that happens in a church, that's fine too. I'm not about to tell a church who they can and can join in holy whatever.
If anything we should take the power away from the church to perform a legal act such as completing a marriage. That mixes church and state. Now that always invites problems. Take church out of the equation and we'd have fewer problems and arguments. Let the churches call it something else that is not legally binding.
