Depending on where you're located calling the cops will be about as useful as doing nothing!
I had a similar situation with a guy last year ... he scared the shit out of me ! I called the police over here in the UK, and they told me a policeman would be around the following day to speak with me. The following day no policeman showed up, so I phoned the station only to be informed that they had changed their mind about visiting me. (obviously also forgot how to work a phone and let me know) They basically told me to sod off ! To start any kind of proceedings yourself, or herself.... You will need a static address! To kick shit out of him you will also need an address. If you opt for the latter and you say whois gives you false information... do make sure you get the right address before you turn up with your baseball bat.
