Possible DD! I've never seen any western country so divided (least in my lifetime) and with a touch of viciousness. Tho not sure if the "hate trolls" in GFY are representative - kinda doubt it, but if they were, - it's well fucked.
On the flip side... it's obvious there will be at least "terrorist attacks" which are always a good excuse to gather folks together and have them "conform". Time will tell.
