Requirements:
Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP
128Mb RAM
Dialup, Cable, DSL or faster Internet connection
No satellite or wireless internet connection
File and printer sharing installed

The spammers cannot have a firewall up, & must have fire/printer sharing enabled. Which as well all know leaves them open to being hacked like the little bitch's they are.

I'm not suggesting anything...just stating the obvious
