true..
i should have avoided the "chinese traffic" part..
what about a web page where someone already has done geo-ip lookup such that "good" traffic is then solicited for free porn by clicking on some ppc link (iframed or directed to a page where the PPC link was at, etc) (again, only interested in mainstream PPC programs).
Fight the clarification!
