There are many reasons why fake TGP's are becoming quite popular and in more use now than traditional TGP's. As time went on, internet fraud has grown in vast numbers, the traditional TGP's provided traffic to webmasters that submitted their thumbnail galleries (content) in exchange for traffic and promotional reasons. Technology has allowed this system to be widely abused as people submit galleries, they redirected the traffic, installed virus, dialers, and other rude actions. The webmasters who reviewed and posted these galleries were spending all day reviewing these galleries for little profit and basically putting their sites traffic at risk with each approved submit. Not too mention pissing off their surfers as every click was a possible fraud attack. As the internet companies grew, so did their libraries of content and FHG's were born.
