Relink Software's WordPress plugin 'Link Mapper' allows you to break away from the typical static link list and have a more dynamic linking system based on category, and relevance.

What does it do:
Say you run a general blog with a number of different categories, you wouldn't want "Big Tit" related links in a "Big Cock" category. Link Mapper allows you to have the option of displaying only links that are relevant to your category, thus, boosting your search engine rankings, and link relevance, and as always it's completely dynamic and can be changed at anytime without having to edit your template.
