I always disguise my affiliate links with .htaccess
Ex:
RewriteRule ^movies/full_length_porn.wmv$
http://www.affiliate.com?code
Then I link to mydomain.com/movies/full_length_porn.wmv
Also suggest blocking spiders accessing /movies , in your robots.txt
