His point was we gave too much money so Israel could go kill the muslims that they stole land from and kill their children so in return they are trying to get back to the source, the funding of the family of killers as well. He's not saying it's right that they would or should do such thing as suicide bombing but he's saying it's giving them a reason to do such things.

U.S. is the reason why Israel still exist, U.S. leaves Israel will be completely friendless and lonely in the world.. must be a reason for the whole world disliking Israel.
