Someone else posted about this same issue months ago, after having been hit with about $10 in cash advance fees.

I've only loaded my card(s) once in 2.5 years but they did not list it as a cash advance transaction fortunately.

It should be more clearly stated in the terms that they put it through as a cash advance, although they don't "HAVE" to do it that way.
