It's actually "the other way around"; that ONLY happens with CC reloads - basically, banks consider regular bank transfers safer for them so.. no risk of such fees there.
I just did an EU bank -> ePass transfer myself, but there's another downside with that; seems I may have to wait like 2 weeks for the money to settle at ePass..
