Now I find out that this charge on my credit card was categorized as a cash advance. Therefore, my cc bank charged me cash advance fees.

Did I miss the warning saying that funding my epassporte account with a credit card would be the same thing as taking money out of the ATM with my credit card or did my credit card company not categorize this charge correctly?

I thought it was just going to be a standard credit purchase.
