ROFL.. since when in the history of W. Bush's presidency has he EVER needed an excuse to invade a country? Bush has shown that he'll invade a country if he damn well pleases, regardless if his motives are based on insubstantiable "evidence". I don't see why he'd need to fabricate an excuse now.
