Yeah, see cops will get pissed here in the US if you tell them to fuck off, they are there to keep people like you from getting shot by putting the criminals in jail, you should be thankful that their risk their life for yours. They won't fuck off, they are there for a reason: It's their job to enforce the law and if you post shit on light poles it's a $100 fine (which I am sure she could of avoided by just telling them she wouldn't do it again). If you don't like your fine and assault the police officers it's (a possible) 36 months in jail. It's how shit works.
