Tresspassing/Causing a nuisence. I am sure the cops didn't just happen to stoll by to see this woman putting up posters. Some guy that had shit posted on his house got pissed and called the cops. But I am entirely speculating. What would be your reasoning the cops got there? You will have to admit, it's way more likely that some guy got pissed and called the cops (therefore it was a nuisence) then any other reason that you can present to us.
