I don't know where you live, but in the US police officers deal with cunts like this chick every day and this is what they do, they arrest people for being very belligerent and uncooperative (watch COPS it's on fox). When it turns from 'uncooperative' to 'assault' they will have to make that arrest no questions asked. They aren't nice, I'll give you that and they weren't going to give any special attention to this lady, she had to file in the system the same as everyone else did before her. Plus I don't think it's a minor misdemeanor to assault a police officer (I might be wrong). No wonder the judge said it was irrelevant.
