Actually, it is very true with all those explosions, terrorist attacks, sniper shootings and other wired things that are happening all over the world.
Russia happens to be in a very unique position making friends with Bush on one end and Saddam on the other. There is still Chechnya and now Georgia terrorists but it's not as bad as it was a few years ago.
