DHS=Department of Homeland Security? Should have never been invented in the first place. It was supposed to make it easier for CIA and FBI to share data. All it's done is become a bloated beurocracy. They wrapped FEMA in it, and made it seemingly impossible to get anything done.
If thats not what you mean by DHS, sorry.
