Seriously.. sure they are, but not all are fools - they have an agenda, tho that prob does not include the welfare of the US. In any other western country - they'd be sacked.

I'd hate to be a witness to the actions of FEMA during this current hurricane season. Little doubts it's going to be another horror story. They are a total embarassment.
