I take a ton of vitamins/supplements.

I dunno the dosages off the top of my head, but I take a multi, Vitamin D, 3 calicum/zinc/magnsium, co-q10, Super B, Rhodiola Rosea, Alpha lipoic acid and Valerian to sleep, if I want/need it.
