There I feel much better, that was two months of pent up frustration with epassporte and their incompetent customer service, all to get my account activated!$!@$!$@!$@!$@!$@.
1. Created an account on March 29th.
2. Was unable to complete the verification process involving my cc, problem on mosaik mastercard side.
3. April 5th. Contacted their email support 3 seperate times in the span of 2 weeks detailing my problem and inquiring about other methods of verification. My email goes unanswered.
4. April 20th. Got fed up with their email support and contacted their phone support. Found out the other method of verification involves sending in a scan copy of your cc/cc statement/photo id/consent letter. I scanned and emailed the documents on the same day.
5. May 4th, 14 days after sending in my personal documentations and not hearing a word from them, I emailed them inquiring about the status of my application.
6. May 9th, their reply
"Please find attached a cover letter that lists the required verification documents to manually verify your credit card. You can scan and email these documents as an attachment to."
No fucken suprise here! The monkey copy and pasted the answer from his training manual. Once again I informed them I already sent in my application along with the required documents.
7. Waited and waited for a reply, but none came.
**CONCLUSION** Their email support is non-fucken-existent! If you are lucky enough to get a reply, it'll just be some bullshit from their training manual, totally unrelated to your problems.
8. May 10th, contacted their phone support. Apparently their server crashed on April 19th-20th and all email was lost, just my luck. So I resent all the documents. Received a confirmation email from them stating they received my documents on the 11th, FINALLY!!! Smooth sailing from there right?
9. May 30th, 20 days after the confirmation email. Contacted their phone support to check the status of my application. Guess what? My account expired and was deleted!!! They were unable to attached the application to an account so all my information was discarded. MY BEEF: Why didn't they try to inform me of the situation? My personal contacts was written in the email.
My problem was escalated to a supervisor. They asked that I resend the documents and they will contact hq immediately. So I resent the documents and waited 10 mins giving them time to receive the email. Called them back, supervisor said she was leaving (5PM but my problem would be passed on to another supervisor, suggested I leave my info so they can contact me. 2 hours passed, called them again, supervisor was busy so I left my info agian.
10. April 1st, I still haven't heard a thing from them! Called them again, supervisor claim they never received my email. So i'm resending the documents for the 5TH fucken time. 3 hours have passed and suprise, no one has contacted me.
I AM FUCKEN FED UP WITH THEIR INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
2 months have passed and my account is still not activated despite numerous emails and calls (hours on the phone, long distance from canada I might add). They've made zero attempts to inform me of their screwups. 2 months, dozen of screwups as a result of their action and not a single word!
Claim to have lost 3 emails.
Asked me to resend scans my of cc/cc statement/photo id 5 times.
Times they promised to call me back **lost count**
I can't believe these clowns have all my sensitive documents.
I feel I've been more than patient, despite everything, I remained courteous to their staff, never once lost my temper or cursed.
BUT ENOUGH IS FUCKEN ENOUGH, I refuse to ever contact them ever again, EPASSPORTE I KNOW YOU'RE READING THIS SO MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT AND FIX THE FUCKEN PROBLEM!
