I had it custom made - platinum instead of the 14k white gold pictured below.

Nearly flawless center diamond with a row of 11 nearly flawless diamonds in the channel underneath which I had the jeweler customize a bit further so it centered on both sides

Had it made FROM this pic and it's almost identical.
