I am almost 25 pounds down on a modified Atkins style diet (and I didn't have to lose... I started at 193). I would seriously recommend that you look into the diet and talk to your doctor about if it meets your needs. It has worked out for me, and if you like steak and eggs, you will be all over this one.
All that without too much real exercise... just what I was already doing. Starting to do some work now to tighten up the muscles etc.
