It isnt the fact that the people who sue are americans, its the american justice system that makes it easy to exploit people. Do you honestly think people in other countries wouldnt file retarded lawsuits 24/7 if they knew they had a good chance to win? Do you think it's just genetic for americans to sue people?

Well you have a point with the Justice system. However when I first got to Budapest - they were doing road work by our flat. The thing I notice was the lack of Yellow Tape and Don't fall in the hole and Warning after Warning - Like I see in America...now the fist thing that came to my mind was that if this was the USA people would be lining up to Fall into these holes and SUE...I know I'm right on this. Now the big difference is if you fell into one of those holes in Budapest....people would help you up make sure your ok be nice to you...But the minute you started with the I"M SUEING shit or anything like that....They would simply laugh at you and say watch were you walking...or even something like this...Stupid American drink to much fell in the hole and thinks it's our fault.
IMHO that is how it is.
