Obesity is a huge problem worldwide, we are just leading by example I guess. Mcdonalds is spreading across the world, and in time plenty of people worldwide will be going to mickey d's on a daily basis, just like here in the stats. I think alcohol has alot to do with it as well. It is becoming more and more acceptable to binge drink these days. I am running into alot of people I havent saw in awhile who are putting on wieght like crazy.

It isnt the fact that the people who sue are americans, its the american justice system that makes it easy to exploit people.
