If your that serious about stopping the guy I would hire an attorney
As far as taking down even copyrighted material good luck I have my shit stolen and used all the time and just because I notify them and send out all those emails to their host and all the other places it doesnt mean they will take it down.Sometimes it works out but more often than not I wind up giving up.
