I had a wicked poutine at a place called the Barnyard last last.
It had coated french fries and very strong cheddar and mozza cheeses along with bbq meats slithered into little strands all mixed in with tons of bbq flavoured gravy. it was like heaven in my mouth, the strong pungent taste of strong cheeses along with the bite of BBQ sauces and the heartiness of mountains of shaved freshly grilled meats
