USA has problems with indonesia because they accept islamist leaders on their territory and BAM a nightclub is bombed ,so much for a coincidence, and last but not least kuwait hesitates to leave full movement latitude to US troops on their territory and as by enchantement some GI's get shot by "muslims" in kuwait....
too many things that happen at the right moment for my taste...
