I can see what the majority of the court meant regarding govt. employees not just shooting their mouths off when they so want about sensitive issues, but this decision sets a far more dangerous tone where people who discover unlawful or inefficient actions are impeded from bringing them to light.

5-4 was close. Closest you can get. This ain't gonna set well. It's another of this administrations iron hand nonsense to corral us and force us to do things. It's like turning into those Star Wars stories. I expect the next message from the government will be:

"Execute Order 66".
