Lol, grab some sponsors toss up a random rotation script. Toss a few FHG's in the rotation. Join some topsites then some trades. As Ron, from Ron Co., says "Set it then forget it!". $40/mo from 1 hour of work is a nice turn around.
Then in 3 months come back with a PR3, 1000 UV/day, $100/wk profit and ... sell it to Dagwolf.
Seriously though it's a pretty good domain.
