I always get every site I build indexed within 24-36 hours

Make sure you have meta for the spiders

<META NAME="robots" content="index,follow">
<meta http-equiv="revisit-after" content="1 day">

The spider will come every day, or you can change it to whatever fits depending on how often you update.
