Look in the startup folder too. May not help, but I thought I'd throw it out there in case it would. It has to run from somewhere.
You could also clear your internet cache, go back to their site (since you already have it anyway), then look in the cache and see what was added after you went there. It's hard to say what to do next without seeing what comes up.

yes, i have to agree with this too. if you dont know much about computers, the first best thing to do is to go into the registry and see whats there.
just start deleting stuff, cause this may stop the program from launching. there is no science to this, its all about trial and error and most importantly... just having fun!
