First, I can't "allow" or "disallow" a girlfriend from doing anything. If she wants to go to a wedding with an ex, so be it.
Second, I probably wouldn't be dating a girl who would want to go to weddings with her ex. I've always been of the school that you really never become friends with an ex. If you talk to an ex, it's 99% of the time to fuck them. If she is that close with her ex still, I probably wouldn't be dating her. As someone who has been an ex, I know what my intentions are when the girl finds someone new and then hangs out with me. It's male instinct to fuck her and screw over the new guy.
