You can't submit to eveyone. What's the deal with the re-directing? Didn't you get hacked? Maybe thier Brownie script pulled a ton of your links when this happened - that WOULD make you look like a cheater to this webmaster.
Try to keep a cool head, and see if you can work it out. Or, just suck it up and move on.
