This has nothing to do with this guy and he probably is a dickhead who didn't pay but a friend of mine had a bad experience with this design company aswell. Jobs were rushed, instructions not followed and quality control was non-existant. He was sent broken designs and then had to battle to get them to alter it and then was blamed for being difficult when requesting changes. The customer is always right, if you're paying top dollar for something to be done then it should be done to your expectations and not made to feel guilty simply because you want something changed.
They do some quality design work but in most cases you better like what they send you first time around otherwise you're stuck with it unless you fight with them to fix it... With that said, the guy above prolly did just refuse to pay I don't know just sharing the experience my friend had.
