I guess I should have typed "ChatBot". A "ChatBox" might better describe a method for a Human to chat with a customer.

It really depends on your needs rather than the industry. What do you exactly mean "chat with a customer"?
Online support? Messaging bot that accomplish automated tasks? Messaging bot just for fun? You really need to define what you expect from it, because all the services that I mentioned above already exists as a service. |

I am looking for a Vendor. My need is from a pre-sales view, and conversation about what the customer is looking for, and/or what he isn't finding on my site(s). Not after-sale cupport.

No, I'm not a vendor.
You can get this information from any search on your website, refers from search engines and analytics. A basic support chatbot might be enough for you, smart bots or messaging bots are expensive and not worthy, unless your business is around an API or a chat bot.
