What is your REAL opinion on our website?

Site is in the signature (doesn't seem to be in the sig so the website is mxxx.com or m.xxx). We don't currently have ADs, we are currently working promoting only videos that are already on the website instead of some random AD network. The only site we where interested in promoting currently is Bongacash but they do no allow the payment methods we are interested in. So we have decided to go AD free for now and have been for a couple months giving the user a more relaxed viewing experience.

Buying traffic is a waste of time we feel, we experience more traffic and a huge return rate than any of these places that sell traffic.

We are not experiencing as much traffic as expected and we are not willing to work so much on SEO as we have dealt with many SEO companies and quite frankly we believe its a load of rubbish. Anyone can start a company and say we will increase your traffic but wont receive results for up to 6 months. If that's the case then the user shouldn't expect to be paid until results are seen. If we offer a service we deliver straight away or wait until what we have provided before asking for any type of payment.

We have a lot of funds and some assets but we need a manager or site coordinator to help things move forward.

We will potentially be giving away the domain bmov.com (could stand for boobmovies, babemovies) As well as many other things. We are just asking for some good advice. Our main ambition is to have more promotion. We need to find someone who can work on the social media side (Twitter/Reddit).

Maybe what we are saying is a load of bulls**t that's why we are asking for your experience.

Thank you for taking the time to read this thread.

It's just another porn tube -- done well except your internal links should open in the parent (same) window. Your naming stratagem is excellent. I do the same when possible.

The Porn Tube segment already has established incumbents -- why are you going to be disruptive or even competitive? Strategy and tactics. Nothing original here.

I didn't see any value proposition to users or participants (uploaders, sponsors or advertisers).

You asked for a REAL opine ...

Thank you about the stratagem.

Well as an avid porn watcher I use to hate having to press the back button when the video I clicked wasn't giving me the climax that I wanted. So you watch porntube now and they do the same thing, however the parent window changes to an advertisement, our site doesn't do this. Its just simple as being able to return to the page before without having to reload the page.

"The Porn Tube segment already has established incumbents -- why are you going to be disruptive or even competitive? Strategy and tactics. Nothing original here."

Yes you are correct there are already established tube segments but what porn site do you know that hasn't had ADS for around 6 months, our banner may say 30 days but its actually been 6 months. Our site is more easy to navigate than 99% of the porn sites. We are not trying to make a profit but to break even on server costs. So in theory it would be classed as free porn. We run many companies, this is just a side project, if someone decides to buy and changes the site then that's there problem.

We are not trying to be disruptive, we are trying to change the way tubes are run, so yes maybe this can be seen as disruptive. However even yourself must see 99% of tubes are pathetic, there designs, there videos. They never host there own content. We could of spent $500, got a load of embedded videos but we decided to go at it ourselves.

"I didn't see any value proposition to users or participants (uploaders, sponsors or advertisers)." We have many up loaders and users but they would rather watch than communicate and we don't want to force this either. Sponsors are another story, I get 2-3 companies messaging our team asking for us to advertise them but they just seem to spammy for our liking. Half the tubes I have visited I have to click 3-4 times, each time having an AD just to watch the video, ours is a clean experience.

I really appreciate your input and thank you for taking the time to reply.

the real issue here is breadth of content.

there's a reason sites like ixxx.com and iwank.tv rank better than most tube sites even though they don't host any of their own content. they have all the content from pornhub and xvideos and dozens of others, so the user can always find what they're looking for, which leads to better engagement and thus better SEO.

On your site there's lots of things I can search for and get nothing back. That kills any chance you have of competing with pornhub/xvideos/xhamster as a general tube site.

A site that has successfully done what you're doing is Beeg.com. The main differences I see between beeg and your site are 1) simplicity: beeg doesn't hide what it is, you know immediately its not a normal tube, it's just like 20 well-curated videos per day sorted by date with no bullshit...your site looks like its gonna be a normal tube with hella bells and whistles, but then its lacking content. 2) Your video player, you need to work on your video player, it doesn't even have a resolution switcher! you put all this work into making this site and you didn't think to yourself "hey our video player reaaaaallly needs a resolution switcher on account of ALL of our competition has that"?

Also, not having ads isn't a selling point. TBH it sounds like y'all think you're gonna pump up a tubesite like its easy by not having ads (which you seem to think is all you need to do to compete) and then sell it off to some idiot for a big price. That's really not how it works in this industry.

Also you should start up a program for webmasters to sell you their traffic. See hubtraffic.com or partners.xhamster.com. You can actually lose a little money buying traffic and it will help you in the long run with SEO.

Sites with the same description and titles do no rank well in google.

"On your site there's lots of things I can search for and get nothing back. That kills any chance you have of competing with pornhub/xvideos/xhamster as a general tube site."

Can't expect a site which has only been up a few months to have the same amount of videos as pornhub/xhamster. You would need 10,000,000s of users in that short amount of time to accomplish that.

Beeg is very nice but there isn't even a search bar but love the videos and layout.

"our video player, you need to work on your video player, it doesn't even have a resolution switcher! you put all this work into making this site and you didn't think to yourself "hey our video player reaaaaallly needs a resolution switcher on account of ALL of our competition has that"?"

Come one... We just implement the video thumbnails before most other sites, you don't think we've though about the video player? We are currently in the process in this being made, but we wanted a custom player not the same as everyone else so JW will have to do for now.

"Also, not having ads isn't a selling point. That's your opinion, but it seems your trying to create something from nothing. We don't believe in having ADS if we don't have all the content to provide to the users as YOU even stated yourself. Having ADS and a smaller amount of content will drive users away much faster than just having small content.

"(which you seem to think is all you need to do to compete)"

This statement implies you think we're stupid. Judging people is the greatest downfall of someone, it shows they are not complete in themselves. I asked for opinions on the website not the team.

Thank you for your input, I will take in what you have said and learn from it.

in 2017 it's hard to impress with a tube site, no matter how good or innovative it is.

Honestly man, you're completely new to adult (and it looks like you spent a lot of money getting in) and you're throwing around stuff like

> "Buying traffic is a waste of time we feel"

and

> "Sites with the same description and titles do no rank well in google."

I'm not trying to be a dick, it's just, what you're saying is totally wrong. I would recommend getting a consultant with some proven success in adult.

Your website looks great, it has potential, if you play your cards right you can make bank.

Out of curiosity, what CMS are you running it with, doesnt look like KVS or Mechbunny.

My humble opinion:

Good:
The website it's nice -> well designed, responsive, different languages, etc.

Bad (in order of importance):
Content -> you are not xhamster or xvideos and having a small amount of mainstream content (even high quality) is not going to keep any audience. Get a niche.
The logo is bad, small and pixelated.
Video previews load very slowly.
Video hover progress bar pictures load lazily, thats frustrating.

Good luck

I'm like 98% sure it's custom

it's an impressive site, these guys appear to be well-funded and smart. but there's a lot of smart people who are too stubborn to succeed

It is KVS with custom theme, KVS is for professionals.

bns666 - in 2017 it's hard to impress with a tube site, no matter how good or innovative it is.

-We will try our best.

fendlestick - m.xxx is a pretty sweet domain name.

Thank you

wankawonk - Honestly man, you're completely new to adult (and it looks like you spent a lot of money getting in) and you're throwing around stuff like

You could be right with the traffic but every company we have tried hasn't been the best, I will check into it most closely. However google won't get you any better results if you have the same content. That's why people rewrite titles/descriptions.

We are currently looking for one but there are very few. Any recommendations?

OneMillionGirls - but the content and website is very clean and speedy, all the best

bookmarked you ;)

Thank you, we're trying to make it as clean and easy to use as possible while still looking professional, glad you like it.

P_RABID - Your website looks great, it has potential, if you play your cards right you can make bank.

Thank you I think it will just take time. Custom KVS setup.

Content your correct.

On a retina screen the logo is in perfect condition, HD. What are you viewing it on?

Video hover progress bar is actually how long it's taking to load. Pornhubs is just generic for each video.

wankawonk - I'm like 98% sure it's custom

it's an impressive site, these guys appear to be well-funded and smart. but there's a lot of smart people who are too stubborn to succeed

Not fully custom.

We are taking everything you are saying into account and are learning from it. We are not to high to take advice from anyone.

Venum - Your 100% right.

As I run only blogs I'm not the best to comment on a Tube.

I like the design but I hate internal links opening in a new windows and I'm sure your visitors will hate it too after visiting 4 different pages.
