Today I receive this penalty and I dont know how to solve this since I am pretty newbie webmaster. Also, I don't know what could have caused this because I did not do anything on the site.

"Cloaking or sneaky redirects might downgrade ranking for femdomangels .com

Google has detected cloaking or sneaky redirects on your site. This means that your site is using technology that provides the Google crawler one version of a page, while directing clicks on the URL to another version of the page. This causes unexpected search results for Google Search users and violates our Webmaster Guidelines. Therefore, Google has prevented the offending pages from showing in search results. This manual spam action has been applied to femdomangels .com. To reinstate these pages in search results, remove the spam, and file a reconsideration request. After we determine that you have complied with our guidelines, we will remove this manual action."

I am almost certain that it is about the pop up on your site.

Mh i remember we had a similar issue with an self-programmed popup on a tube site.

I'm not very familiar with popups but at the end of the day, it's still popup. If google notice it they will hit your site, because it's bad for the user experience.
The fact is, most of tube sites are using it, so may we have some users here who are able to help you.
