Hi we are looking for vintage stocking milf models to create their videos and upload into our servers then serve as a stream-friendly environment (in a video player) for only paid members.
But its struggling to find those kind of women. Where to post these kind of hiring? What is the best place to put these kind of ads?
Which site do models mostly uses for job market?

That's an interesting question, I think these kind of market is not explict in online market, But i wait for other's answer to know things eagerly.

It is all to do with what you pay.....cash speaks. No woman will go buy a camera ( learn how to operate it edit etc..) buy the classic costuming, then act for the clip... For some down the road making money plan.

Also what will they do?? Just dress and "prance" around hungrily staring into the camera.... Or actually do something sexy...in the place I am you could find dozens babes like that, but the math is simple:

$ 1,000 to buy the equipmement, 1,000 to buy the fashions and a 1000/ day to shoot about 3h of content... Thereafter 1,000 for every next 3h of material.

If you have that kind of budget I can have my casting lady organize it for you. Since this is not what I do , I do not want any money from it.

Thats completely true. Ive talked with some of the studio owner in UK and he didnt even accept 250 pounds for the video.
And why would someone come to an amateur website and pay for just few videos?
There is clips4sale for these kind of things already...

If I understood correctly, then you will be the "agency" for a bunch of babes doing sexy bits in sexy lingerie ( solo).... So lets say if 10 is the "magic" number, the start up cost for the content ( if the models truly do it all separately from their homes)

3,000 each x10 = 30,000 and then 1,000 for 3h of material for each or 10,000 from all 10....

So your start up is 30 K for the initial 30h of content....if the content is well thought out and promoted you make your money back in a month and then you are into a profit, since next 30 h will only cost you 1/2 or less ( since the equipment and most of the wardrobe would have been already purchased)

If you do it a bit on the " sly"( which I would suggest) and shoot the models with the same equipment... Your start up would go down by 10,000 and you would have controlled quality...

On a membership site starting with 30 h of good original content and adding 30 h per month, you could get to 10,000 subscribers = at 19.99 / month to 200 K / month really quick...your overhead and new content less then 50 K/ month.. You do the math...

The caveat is you must know something about web building, getting traffic and marketing....otherwise you will have fabuouls site which nobody finds...
