Plugrush and Webcamwiz?
Is there a way to implement a widget code from plugrush onto a webcamwiz site?

I doubt it. Never heard of webcamwiz before, but to me it seems to be a whitelabel solution?
Do they allow third party code to be placed on the site? Another issues would be that a webcam site doesn't have content that you can create plugs for, in order to trade traffic. |

No, not that I know of, but you could put a webcamwiz (or any) white label inside a frame that could call up a plugrush code or any other form of advertising.
