if you have bunch of emails you've purchased, and you started sending emails with a clear and working link to opt out or unsubscribe, then would this be CANSPAM compliant ?

I just sent out an Email newsletter and unlike others before it, it contained the word FUCK.
Open rate dropped from 40% to 1.76% and for the first time ever, Gmail put it into my spam box which it has never done before. |
