Looking for experienced PHP developer remote for currently running affiliate program ($30-$40/hr)

The title says it all, I am looking for a seasoned PHP professional to start immediately.

I recently found out my current coder is spying for my competition and needless to say he will be fired the second I have someone new.

You must be familiar with php/mysql and affiliate tracking software, my current system is entirely custom so the first week-ish will be you learning the way its coded currently so you can modify etc. I also have new projects I will need you for.

I will pay $30-$40/hr depending on experience and availability. I need ATLEAST 30 hours a week with the chance of 60hrs a week if you can handle that. You must be in the US or Canada.
