IP Not Allowed? Arrow Trader? WTF?!?
Has anybody here ever got this message when trying to login to their AT at their main computer?
" IP (xx.xxx.xx.xxx) not allowed Click here to try again " It happened to me this morning. No clue as to why as I just logged in yesterday with no problems. Anyone else ever experience this? |

Hey guys,
The great people over at arrowscripts helped me figure this one out and I thought I'd post the solution here just in case anyone else (or another newbie like myself) ran into the problem I mentioned in my 1st post. "This can easily be corrected by logging in to your server via ftp. Once logged in, browse to the directory cgi-bin/atc/d/ and locate the file called "uip" This file contains all IPs that are currently allowed to login. You can either add your new IP on a new line, or you can remove all IPs from this file, which will allow all IPs." HTH someone in the future.. |
